Meet Our Founder — Natalie Gage
Founder of The Skin School & Creator of The Skin Mastery Programme
Natalie Gage is the founder of The Skin School, one of the UK’s leading academies for advanced skin education and professional training.
With over 14 years of experience in skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, and education, Natalie has trained and mentored thousands of students who have gone on to build successful careers within the aesthetics and skin therapy industry. Natalie
is a Level 5 qualified education assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) and specialises in delivering evidence-based skin education designed for both beginners and professionals who want a deeper understanding of skin science. Throughout
her career, Natalie recognised a major gap within the skincare and aesthetics industry. Much
of the education available focuses heavily on products, quick treatments, and short courses, rather than teaching practitioners how to truly understand how the skin functions, why conditions develop, and how to support long-term skin health. This
realisation led Natalie to develop The Skin Mastery Programme. The
Skin Mastery Programme is a comprehensive professional training programme designed to teach skin from a deeper, clinical perspective, combining:
• Skin physiology and skin barrier science
• Inflammation and chronic skin conditions
• Gut health and the gut–skin axis
• Lifestyle and nutritional influences on skin health
• Evidence-based treatment approaches
Natalie’s approach focuses on helping practitioners and students move beyond surface-level skincare knowledge, and instead develop the confidence to truly understand the underlying causes of skin concerns. Through
this approach, students learn how to:
