Meet Our Founder — Natalie Gage
Natalie is the founder of The Skin School, a trusted UK academy created to help complete beginners learn skincare from scratch. Through clear, science-based teaching, Natalie makes understanding your skin simple, practical, and empowering.
With over 14 years of experience in skin health, advanced aesthetics, and education, Natalie has helped thousands of people transform their skin confidence and build rewarding careers in the beauty industry.
She founded The Skin School with a simple mission to make skincare education accessible, evidence-based, and easy to understand. After years of working with clients and training within the aesthetics field, Natalie realised that most skincare education focused on quick fixes and product trends, rather than the science behind healthy skin.
Determined to change that, she developed The Skin School’s unique approach: teaching skincare from the inside out combining real skin science, professional knowledge, and everyday practicality.
Natalie’s goal is to help you truly understand your skin, so you can:

Who are our skincare courses for?

All of our courses are fully accredited, meaning you can obtain insurance after you have completed the training and start building up your new client base!
