Meet our founder, Natalie!
Natalie is the driving force behind The Skin School – a passionate educator, mentor, and industry leader with over 14 years of experience in skin health.
She founded The Skin School with a simple but powerful vision: to revolutionise skincare education. After years of working with clients and training within the industry, Natalie saw that many courses only scratched the surface, teaching techniques but not the science, leaving students underprepared and unsure when it came to real clients.
Natalie wanted to change that. Her mission has always been clear:
• Empower students with confidence to treat every client safely and effectively.
• Teach the science behind the skin, so students can make informed decisions and get results.
• Provide business know-how so graduates can build profitable, future-proof careers doing what they love.
Under her leadership, The Skin School has grown into one of the UK’s most trusted training academies, with over 5,000 graduates around the world. Every course is designed to give students not just a certificate, but the skills, understanding, and support they need to truly thrive.

Who are our skincare courses for?
Whether you are a newbie to the industry looking for a new career path or just want to add new skills to your skill set – we have the course for you! All of our courses are fully accredited, meaning you can obtain insurance after you have completed the training and start building up your new client base! We have students who are ready to leave the 9-5 grind to start their own beauty businesses and some who want to start a side hustle. Whatever your goal is, we can help you make it happen.
What kind of skincare training courses do we provide?
We run a large variety of skincare training courses from our Manchester-based academy hub. We are championed for our skincare and aesthetic courses, which provide intensive skincare training, enabling you to become a fully qualified Skin Specialist. We have something to offer anyone who is a newbie to all things beauty, to the pro’s who are already running their own businesses. The beauty industry never stops, so we help you keep up with the latest beauty trends, health and safety stuff you need to know and all the business skills you’ll want to know to build a business with longevity.
