Meet Our Founder — Natalie Gage
The Skin School was founded by Natalie Gage, a skin specialist and educator with over 14 years of experience in skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, and professional training.
Throughout her career, Natalie has trained and mentored thousands of practitioners who have gone on to build successful careers within the aesthetics and skin therapy industry.
As a Level 5 qualified education assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), Natalie specialises in delivering evidence-based skin education designed for both beginners and experienced professionals who want a deeper understanding of skin science.
Early in her career, Natalie recognised a significant gap within the skincare and aesthetics industry. Much of the education available focused heavily on products, quick treatments, and short courses, rather than teaching practitioners how to truly understand how the skin functions, why conditions develop, and how to support long-term skin health.
This realisation led Natalie to develop The Skin Mastery Programme — a comprehensive professional training programme designed to teach skin from a deeper, clinical perspective.
The programme combines key areas of advanced skin education including:
• Skin physiology and skin barrier science
• Inflammation and chronic skin conditions
• Gut health and the gut–skin axis
• Lifestyle and nutritional influences on skin health
• Evidence-based treatment approaches
Natalie’s teaching focuses on helping practitioners move beyond surface-level skincare knowledge and develop the confidence to understand the underlying causes of skin concerns.
Students learn how to analyse skin conditions with greater accuracy, understand the drivers of inflammation and skin dysfunction, and create more effective treatment and lifestyle protocols for their clients.
